The project involved the construction and extension of an E.Leclerc 144 m x 106 m hypermarket. It included the completion of core&shell works, finishing works, technical equipment and road works. The gross area of 21,000 sq m is distributed unevenly over two storeys. The structure of the building consists of steel and reinforced concrete elements, placed on pile foundations.
